455 Main455 Main/1888/ currently The Blacksmith Shop. The only known interior photograph from 1906 was taken here in Loveland's shop sharing space with the post office. Their glass windows were shattered and the buildings shaken. Note that someone is under the overturned case picking up small items. The front of 455 Main shows in an outdoor view - it is the tall building with the boys on bicycles in front. Outside signs read "San Francisco Chronicle" and an emblematic Bell. | |
